Should your IKEA goods be damaged, faulty or missing parts we will replace those items without further charge.

However, should you decide that for any reason that you no longer want your IKEA goods we can return these to the store on your behalf for a fee.

Alternatively we can provide you with the receipt.

This service is available for all IKEA goods that can be purchased in-store, regardless of who who delivered them, as long as they are not damaged, are in their unopened packaging and the receipt is available.

IKEA refunds up to three months from purchase.
